Our Quality-Control Process

Raw Material Sourcing

We source raw material through the auction and bidding process associated with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).

Sorting & Preparation

The raw material is segregated according to relevant characteristics such as texture and colour, followed by washing, cleansing and appropriate preparation.

Manual Inspection

Our team carries out manual sorting and impurity removal, with attention to the relevant characteristics and requirements of each product.

Grading & Manufacturing

The prepared hair is sorted and graded before moving into the relevant manufacturing process, including wefting and stitching where applicable.

Final Quality Check

Finished products undergo visual and tactile inspection, with attention to factors such as appearance, texture, strength, construction and weft quality.

Protective Packaging

After the applicable quality checks are completed, products are carefully prepared and securely packaged for transportation.
