Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

• The item received is significantly different from the confirmed order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• The product must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

• The original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be provided for review.

Returns requested after the specified period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Washed or chemically treated hair

• Hair that has been cut, colored, bleached, or altered

• Customized products

• Special-order products

• Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may be issued for:

International Orders

As an international exporter, Tanori Hair LLP ships products worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees charged by their destination country.

Refunds cannot be issued for delays caused by:

• Import clearance procedures

• Local courier delays

• Natural disasters
