At Tanori Hair LLP, customer satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing premium quality raw Indian hair products with strict quality inspection before shipment.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before processing or shipment.

Cancellation Eligibility
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Once processing, customization, or shipping has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom wigs, customized products, and bulk wholesale orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and customised nature of human hair products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Customers may request a return if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect order received

  • Product has major manufacturing defects

To qualify for a return:

  • Hair must remain unused

  • Product must be in original condition

  • Original packaging must be maintained

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Used hair products

  • Customized wigs

  • Colored or chemically altered hair

  • Bulk wholesale orders

  • Custom-made products

  • Products damaged after use

For hygiene and quality reasons, used hair products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved only after inspection and verification of the returned product.

If approved:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on banking systems

Shipping charges, customs duties, and transaction fees are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by Tanori Hair LLP.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges may be available for:

  • Incorrect products

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos/videos of the product

  • Packaging images

Our support team will review the issue and provide assistance as quickly as possible.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local clearance charges

Tanori Hair LLP is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item was shipped

  • Product arrived damaged due to shipping

  • Verified manufacturing issue exists

We recommend using trackable shipping services for returns.
